FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes labor to load the junk, landfill fees, insurance, and Thumbtack lead generation fees. We aren't the cheapest but we strive to be the most professional, on time, and be the solution to our customer's problem.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a lead for a new customer, we reach out to the customer and ask for pictures if they are not already on the listing to identify the customer's junk problem. We attempt to give the customer an accurate quote for the job before we arrive to the customer from being blindsided with additional fees. Once we arrive at the desired time, we strive to complete the job quickly, safely, and to the customer's satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although their isn't any formal training for junk removal, I am a licensed HVAC contractor who can remove any appliance or equipment containing refrigerant and reclaim the refrigerant for recycling. On demolition jobs, I am able to use my 25 years in the construction field to demo sheds, buildings, and other structures safely and quickly.
