- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Founder and team leader, Lisa Graham has over 20 years experience in the Creative Services and Design Industry, focused mostly in Advertising and Marketing. But, with a love of all things decor, a passion for textiles and furnishings, and a strong Customer Service and Account Services background it was a natural and seamless transfer of skill sets and experience to start her own Interior Decorating business. The light bulb finally went off when once, while enjoying one of her favorite hobbies - furniture "window shopping" - she was "mistaken" for a sales associate and decorator by a customer in the store. Noticing that they were overwhelmed by the choices before them, she began showing them options and mixes that they could consider. When they asked about delivery schedules, she said, "oh, I don't work here... just saw you needed help". They were disappointed when they had to begin working with the actual store associate. Well, phone numbers were exchanged, and the rest is history!
