I spoke with Marco personally. We agreed on a price and date and time. He arrived 15 mins before our scheduled time (1:45 arrival,2:00 appointment). I let him know that morning that I’d get off work at 1:30 p.m. He texted me at 1:45 p.m. asking for my door number,I was actually still at work. I got home at 2:07 p.m. and responded to his text. He said I was too late and he’d have to reschedule. SEVEN MINUTES AFTER APPOINTMENT TIME. He’s never called back to reschedule me or do the job. Being a single woman I’m cautious about giving my address and he now has it for nothing.

Marcos was first to respond and provide references for his work. This was a short notice request and I didn’t have the time for anything to go wrong. He gave me clear instructions on how much paint was needed and arrived on the agreed upon date and time promptly . He noted any imperfections in the walls, patched and caulked where necessary and basically transformed my bedroom. I love the finished product and would definitely hire him again.
