Preparation: More prep work (cleaning, setup, etc.) may increase the price. Height: Jobs at higher elevations often require special equipment or additional safety measures, which can increase the cost. Condition: If the job requires special care due to difficult conditions (e.g., hard-to-reach areas or damaged structures), the price may vary. Location: Travel distance and location can influence the pricing, especially if there are additional travel or transportation costs involved.

When we work with a new customer, we make sure to set expectations of final outcome, we also strive to provide updates during the whole painting process.
