My experience with the Motivated Movers group during the TV and wall mount installation was fantastic. He was professional and efficient and cared for every detail with precision. Josh started off great! He was punctual friendly and professional, but then he canceled on me for a follow up appointment and never followed up to reschedule. I hired him to mount a TV which he did but he needed to come back to install the box for the tv which never happened.

I apologize for how you feel Tiffiny, I went over and beyond and did everything you asked for me to do after I've completed the service you paid for me to do. I did explain my busy schedule, and how driving a hour and a half a way can be challenging. While I did mention that I can find time in my schedule to come out and do small jobs for you, the dates can be subject to change. Finding someone local to your area may have been a solution. I gave you great customer service for the job originally tasked.

Excellent work and Joshua worked with our crazy timeline without billing me like it. We had a two day process with a weird timeline due to closings and they worked with me. I would definitely higher again.

Josh was indeed a pleasure to work with! He responded timely to our thumbtack request for junk removal, polite on the phone as well as while providing the service, punctual on the day of service, respectful and with an awesome disposition. His service was quick & professionally done. We are senior citizens and he made sure my husband didn’t lift anything that he shouldn’t 😇 no matter how hard he tried.
