Josh started off great! He was punctual friendly and professional, but then he canceled on me for a follow up appointment and never followed up to reschedule. I hired him to mount a TV which he did but he needed to come back to install the box for the tv which never happened.

I apologize for how you feel Tiffiny, I went over and beyond and did everything you asked for me to do after I've completed the service you paid for me to do. I did explain my busy schedule, and how driving a hour and a half a way can be challenging. While I did mention that I can find time in my schedule to come out and do small jobs for you, the dates can be subject to change. Finding someone local to your area may have been a solution. I gave you great customer service for the job originally tasked.

Josh and his team were amazing. Not only were they super flexible, and allowed me to change the delivery address (more than once), but they were amazingly fast and everything was done amazingly well. Well definitely use him again.
