- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies per event based on time and other requirements. However, I am fair and will work with customer's budgets as best I can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I simply ask them what they expect and if they don't know I'll give them ideas. I do all I can to make sure the music for their event is the last thing on their mind. I usually meet at least twice just to build that relationship. At least one of the meetings is usually at the venue so I know how to setup.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been DJing since high school and am self taught.
