Where do I begin. On last Monday I reached out to Plant the Seed Irrigation a little before 7:30pm. By 7:50pm Mr. Brent Williams had called and scheduled me for an appointment that following day at 5pm to repair 6 sprinkler heads and replace my irrigation control panel (so I thought). That following day Mr. Williams pulled into my driveway around 4:40pm ready to work. Long story short Brent had the 6 sprinkler heads and control panel working within no time. The issue: 4 of the heads were clogged and only 2 needed to be replaced and the control panel had lost power and didnt need to be replaced. He could have easily charged me for more. But didn't. I can't tell you how much I appreciate good work and customer service. From now on if any issues arise in my yard Plant the Seed Irrigation will be the first ones I call. Again thank you Brent for everything!
