- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive in the industry. Accounting work is not to exceed a monthly charge of $200. In some cases, clients may be suitable for quarterly bookkeeping which means having bookkeeping services for the year not to exceed $400. All tax preparation is a fixed cost. To show my appreciation of customers, I offer referral discounts and recurring client discounts. Ask me how you can achieve free bookkeeping!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first step is always to schedule a phone call usually not to exceed 30 minutes to ensure I am the right person for the job. If the client and myself see it fit to proceed with the job request, then a face to face initial consultation is scheduled not to exceed an hour. My hopes are after this initial meeting, we can move forward with a working relationship.
