- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are flexible and negotiable. Our goal is to provide a fair, honest price for professional quality labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For simple jobs, we may give a fixed quote via Thumbtack or by phone. For more complicated jobs, we usually schedule a free on-site assessment in order to offer a fair and accurate quote. Once the price is agreed upon, we schedule the job date and establish a time window for the tech to arrive. Full payment is due upon job completion in most cases, but we may request an initial deposit for jobs that require the tech to purchase extra materials or that take more than one trip to complete.

I have 15+ years of experience selling home electronics and installation services to residential and commercial customers. 10+ years of entrepreneurial practice and personal development.
