Mike took my call, personally, without "bots" or chats and he was able to assess the dryer issue and schedule an appointment. When he got to our home, he got the work done professionally and had the right parts with him. So glad I called, very courteous and will call Mike again for other appliance work!

He responded quickly. It took him less than 10 minutes to do what needed to be done (change dryer prong plug from 3 to 4, hooked up washing machine tubes. He offered to be of service for a few other jobs I need done as well.
