He responded quickly. It took him less than 10 minutes to do what needed to be done (change dryer prong plug from 3 to 4, hooked up washing machine tubes. He offered to be of service for a few other jobs I need done as well.

Mike took my call, personally, without "bots" or chats and he was able to assess the dryer issue and schedule an appointment.
