I was just looking for a quote to paint my half bath downstairs and ran into Y&C Paint and Cleaning- and I’m so glad I did! Started chatting with Carmen and she quoted me right away. I told her I had some leftover paint from a recent project and she said “we can come over today if that works for you”. The price was reasonable and I just wanted it fone ASAP so her husband Yovani showed up right at 2pm when she said he would. He went to work right away and completed it in about 4hrs. Yovani is a very nice person. He painted some baseboards and trim and doors for me. It was not an easy job since the doors were stained very dark and he was painting them almost white. He protected all the surfaces and he sanded the stain so that the paint would cover and not peel. He did a very good job. Next time I would think to ask about wood putty for filling imperfections in the wood since they became noticeable after painting. I would also make sure I had better light because it was hard to see details and so there were a few spots that didn't get full coverage. Overall I would recommend him for value - no way you can beat the price - and also because he was very kind. The room looks so much better with the lighter trim!

1.- Get in touch with my new customer. 2.- Make an appointment for a free estimate. 3.- Talk with my customer about their expectations, priorities and concerns. 4.- Agree on price and service and set the date to start the project. 5.- Get the job done and make my customer happy!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started working for a couple 👫 that use to have their cleaning/painting company and we went through the training process and we started to learn more and more about the job we realize that we enjoyed doing this type of work ; so we work with them until we decide that we were ready to start our own company ... and now we’ve been doing it for a little over 8Years and now also are offering pressure washing,painting,trim and more services, we are thankful that people allow us to be part of their projects.
