During the freezing temperatures we had a couple of weeks ago, our main pipe line busted leading to our home. Of course the water department only covers the pipes from the street to the meter, so the repairs were all on us. We contacted 4 plumbers and Damion was the first to respond and it actually was on a Saturday, we were so happy that he could and would come out to see what was going on! We weren't sure what the problem was when we called him, my husband just knew something was wrong with all the standing water on our front lawn and how the water had flowed down hill to a fenced area on the side of the house!! Damion came out same day ( Saturday) identified what the problem was and fixed it within about an hour and a half. He was prompt and professional and got the job done! A couple of the other plumbers contacted us, but no one was willing to come out on same day! We will keep him on speed dial should any other issues occur! Great work! I apologize for the late review! He responded to my request on Thumbtack immediately. Gave me his number and was willing to come out to my house then but I had to go to work. He came out to my house as soon as I got home from work as he promised. He inspected and troubleshot where the leak was coming from, was able to isolate it and shutoff water specifically to that area to prevent more issues. Came up with a plan on running a new line which will take minimal wall or floor access, so there will be less repair work to need done after new line is ran. I do not currently need the water turned back on to this spigot so he agreed to come back in very near future in warmer weather to complete job. His quote for job is very reasonable and I was more than glad to pay him for the service call, which he promised to include in the price of the project. I will definitely hire him to complete this job and he will be my go to plumber for future needs moving forward. This man is very honest, professional and knowledgeable and am so blessed to have gotten a dependable affordable pro to respond quickly to my initial request. I recommend this pro!

Damion answered my Thumbtack request right away. He offered to fix a damaged outdoor water bib at my property. The lack of a blueprint or schematic to illustrate the plumbing in the inner walls made this job difficult. However, Damion devised a strategy to run a new line requiring access to the wall or floor, meaning that less maintenance will be required once the new line is operational. After probing for the inside water line, he made a water connection to the outside water bib. Once the repair was completed, he cleaned the area and restored the sheetrock. He charges a fair fee for his work, and I was happy to pay him for the repair call, which he said would be covered by the project's cost. He will be my go-to plumber, and I will hire him for any future issues. I am pretty fortunate to have found a trustworthy, reasonably priced specialist who promptly addressed my initial request. This individual is sincere, professional, and informed. Without a doubt, I suggest Damion to anyone requiring plumbing services or repairs
