Alex saved us from needing a new refrigerator!! We found him as a second opinion for our Whirlpool refrigerator freezer door as we were told by the first “company” that we needed a part that wasn’t available because it was too old...our fridge is only 4 years old! He diagnosed the issue within minutes and let us know we did not need the part and was a simple repair and the price was very fair. He was very professional, personable, and honest! We wish we would’ve found him first, but at least we found him! Thanks again Alex!

Everything was super professional, he was responsive, arrived on time, did great work and came over prepared for the fridge repair. He is friendly and easy to work with and his pricing is very reasonable. He was able to fix our KitchenAid fridge quickly and it’s back to working. He communicated very thoroughly and explained everything so it was easy for us to understand even though we know nothing about fridge repair. The lights went out and there were like 5 different things it could have been and he was able to get it working in record time!
