AMAZING experience! We had an older dishwasher that broke, so I reached out to see about a repair/replacement. We weren't in a rush to get it fixed, but also didn't want to wait too long to get it addressed. Mr. Monoliy called in under an hour of the request and went over our availability and what we were looking for. After a diagnosis, we found out we were in replacement territory. He was able to come later that evening with a replacement. He removed the old, broken one, replaced with a newer one, and hauled the old one away (all within an hour). I cannot express how quick and professional he was - truly amazing. And best of all, we got a dishwasher (with install and takeaway) for WAY less than buying a new machine - even with Cyber Monday deals. We will definitely be using him again for our appliance needs in the future.
