- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At DCMM we provide unbeatable quality both in services and in customer relations but the greatest attribute that we are proud of is our attention to detail. We go above and beyond with every service and because of that we take a little more time then our competitors. It cost a little more but is worth the money and still comparable to professional industry standards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Even with the details provided by you on Thumbtack sometimes DCMM likes to hear a little more about your desires and needs as well as the environment this service will be performed. This gives us a better idea of what we will have to do and what we may have to provide to better serve you. DCMM then provides an official DCMM estimate for you to go over and hopefully approve. Once approved DCMM would then schedule the service. On the day of the service one of our team members would inform you of our ETA. We always arrive presentable, friendly and ready to serve you, your family or business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
