So far, so great! Lanier HVAC was incredibly prompt, friendly, and thorough. Matt was super responsive to any of my questions and made me feel comfortable while going through the overwhelming process of getting accurate information. Matt with Lanier HVAC and his team did a great job installing a brand new heat pump system and ducts for our home renovation. The team was extremely fast and did the job right the first time with no issues. I will use them again and be telling others about the great service we received.

The team from Lanier HVAC installed 2 x AC units and 2 x funaces, replacing 40 and 20 year old units. The guys worked hard for about a day and a half to complete the instalation. This included leveling the exterior units on a small hillside.
The quotes were fair and competitive.
So far, the units are working well.
We went with a 2 ton and 3.5 ton Tempstar units with Tempstar furnaces (and a Honeywell Steam Humidifier for winter use).
Will update again after using the furnaces for winter.
