We are a mother daughter balloon styling team. We take pride in providing beautiful balloon pieces that give your occasion that extra wow factor you are looking for. From decorations to special gifts we are happy to work with our clients to provide them with what they need for their special occasions. I had an excellent experience with Top Notch Creations! The customer service representative sent me a computer mock up of the balloon arrangement. She listened to my suggestions and made some adjustments. It looked wonderful! Then I got sick and she delivered it for me! My friend loved her Beautiful, Brilliant, Balloon Bouquet!!!

I requested date with vendor and was told date was available. Continued to discuss details with vendor and was awaiting formal estimate to approve. In that time, vendor actually booked another project for the same day AFTER I had already requested that date. Vendor then proceeded to inform me the date was no longer available (even though I was waiting on vendor to send me what was needed to officially book date). Vendor then cancelled my project. Incredibly frustrating and TERRIBLE business practice.

Hi Allison, I’m sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your experience. Our booking process requires us to book clients on a first-come, first-served basis. When we asked for your email address on Nov 6 in order to send you a quote, we didn’t receive a response from you for 5 days. Unfortunately, since we did not receive pertinent contact information from you in a timely manner, we were unable to send you a quote. We had another client move forward with her booking by sending us her deposit, and we were therefore no longer available for your event date. This time of year is our busiest time, so we encourage our clients to reach out as far in advance as possible. We hope to work with you in the future. Please feel free to reach out to me directly if you have any further questions about our booking process.

Price list available. Some prices vary on pieces depending on your vision, size, and personalization. We do not work with pre-purchased supplies from the client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients will be sent a price list and can feel free to tell us their vision or send any inspiration pictures. All details will be discussed to make sure we add that extra luxe pop to your event!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken several balloon and prop classes. Always willing to learn to keep up with the latest trends.
