- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flexible but I base it on the amount of time the project will take and what I need to make each day for it to be profitable. I usually just give pricing for the labor and an estimated material cost if it’s possible. Material usually depends on the products you choose.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If it’s a simple repair or something that can be priced over the phone or by pictures I try my best to give an estimate quickly that way. Sometimes it is necessary though for an in person visit to estimate the cost of the project accurately and go over details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 years experience in the home renovation and repair field.
