- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We look to offer transparent pricing for all of our projects. For all of our clients we send out a detailed proposal that outlines exactly the services we will provide and for what price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first begin with a detailed proposal and transparent pricing. Our clients are encouraged to pick and choose what services they would prefer that fit into thier budget. From there we can either set up a quick call to gather information about your project or we can e-mail a questionnaire and schedule our initial visit. Our first phase is a home tour and project planning. This initial meeting can take anywhere from 1-2.5 hours depending on the project. From there we schedule our service date. All along the way we provide detailed timelines of what you can expect and when.
