These girls are phenomenal! We just recently moved to a larger home and had absolutely no idea how to make it our own so we reached out to Rachel and Michelle. They were incredibly easy to work with, very honest and trustworthy with excellent communication skills. We were a bit worried because we have zero knowledge of designs and trends but they were so graceful and patient with us. They worked with our timing and our budget and we couldn't be happier with the result!! They designed a Route 66/car themed bedroom with reading area and a full basement for our son, a beautiful, tranquil master bedroom with a very functional reading area, a gorgeous living room with elegant furniture and unexpected touches that we would have never even think of, a dinette with a round table that adds so much more space to the room and a home bar that is my favourite room in the house.We find ourselves wanting to stay home more, we use every single room in the house and have received so many compliments! Thank you Rachel and Michelle for all your hard work!!

My house was in SERIOUS need of some TLC. My furniture was outdated and we just didn't have a good sense of how our rooms should look. Working with In Bloom Design Group couldn't have been easier! They were so friendly, both on the phone and in person. They worked around my busy schedule and truly turned my house into a home. Bloom Design come up with perfect solution for me. My work space was cluttered and disorganized, and generally left me feeling lost and overwhelmed when I would try to organize it myself. When they finished, everything was not only organized, but my space is clean and neat. I don't dread going in, and I leave with a sense of well-being!   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We look to offer transparent pricing for all of our projects. For all of our clients we send out a detailed proposal that outlines exactly the services we will provide and for what price.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We will first begin with a detailed proposal and transparent pricing. Our clients are encouraged to pick and choose what services they would prefer that fit into thier budget. From there we can either set up a quick call to gather information about your project or we can e-mail a questionnaire and schedule our initial visit. Our first phase is a home tour and project planning. This initial meeting can take anywhere from 1-2.5 hours depending on the project. From there we schedule our service date. All along the way we provide detailed timelines of what you can expect and when.
