Bulat is great with handy projects like fixing electrical switches, caulking and painting, installing moldings, and many other tasks. He is quick, efficient, and has a willingness to provide quality work. I have worked with him for 3 days and will rehire in the future for other tasks as well. He has a problem with spoken English, but that doesn't stop him from being a great handyman. A must hire.
