My pricing is reasonable and is based on the selling price of the home.
Up to $200,000 - $75.00
$200,001-$350,000 - $100.00
$350,001-$500,000 - $150.00
$500,001-$1,000,000 - $250.00
$1,000,001 and up - $350.00
I now offer drone photography services and virtual tours.
Unlike most real estate photographers in the area, there is no photo limit for these prices. I will photograph what is needed for the job.

Steve is very knowledgeble in photography. I am a real estate agent and hired Steve to do take pictures of a home that I listed. His work surpassed what I expected and his fee was more than reasonable. In my line of work high quality photos are crucial. I will be using Steve on all my future listings!
