My neighbor used J&G. She reported to me that they did a good job and she was happy with them. I decided to use them as well to cut down a huge tree in my mothers yard. They met all of my criteria… showing up on time, professionalism, courteousness, good value for the job, and performing the job with excellence. J and G Industrial removed two very large trees next to my house. Later they came back and grinned the tree stumps. I had ten other trees stumps that they grind as well. The trees were removed and hauled away the same day. After ground utilities were marked and identified the grinding was completed less than one day.. very professional with their work. Thanks again

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every price is different due the the fact that not all trees are the same. Some have higher risks which do change the price up while other are easy and bring down the price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to answer all questions to the best of our knowledge and explain the process to the client so no confusion is made and all communications are clear.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have years of experience and also do the work as safe as possible to avoid accidents.
