Cambe, We address all feedback, negative and/or positive. We do not like clients fabricating stories about us or our services. Mayra was not defensive or over talking you. As soon as she called, you started complaining to her that you were not satisfied. All she did was inquire whether the “ENTIRE” service was bad and your exact response verbatim was “Please just send me my invoice, I don’t want to be rude, but I am not happy”. Yet you wouldn’t explain what the issue was. Everything was fine during your booking process and mid-way through you services, until your boyfriend arrived. When he arrived you all began fussing and arguing in the presence of the entire team, which made us extremely uncomfortable, and altered your entire mood. We do not hire day laborers so not sure what you are implying. You falsely communicated the amount of flights of stairs you had in it’s totality. You communicated there were only 3 steps at the pick up, and 4 flights at your destination. At your pick up you had 1flight and at your destination you had what we consider to be 8 flights, 2 on the exterior and 6 interior. If you do not know what a flight is, I urge you to reread your appointment confirmation as it is all stipulated on that document. Despite all of this we offered you several discounts. When you called to reserve you weren’t even aware of how many flights you really had because you were attempting to show us images that were not clear on all flights, and kept saying, “I know it’s confusing and there are a lot of stairs”. My apologies you feel like it took us a long time to load my truck. I was trying to ensure all items fit on my truck in 1 trip to avoid additional trips/fees as you had a ton of furniture. You state everything was packed and ready to go but then complained your stuff got wet because WE didn’t wrap anything. Upon arrival, you specifically signed a damage waiver refusing to allow us to wrap ANY of your merchandise. Any item wet during transport was as result of your wrapping, not because of RLMJ Movers. We worked tirelessly from the moment we arrived until we were done, drenched and all, throughout the entire rain storm not stopping for a break whatsoever! Before we even got to your destination you requested for us to place all boxes in your garage. When we arrived to your destination, you were nowhere around to communicate where you wanted your gym equipment to be placed. We didn’t over charge you as you were had an hourly rate, not a flat rate. I did not cuss you out, and we do not milk the clock for ANY client, and to be totally honest, you changed your method of payment, and didn’t’ even pay us the entire amount due.

Hello Xavier, I apologize you did not have a good experience. You stated we found extra steps but upon booking, you communicated you had 1 flight when in fact you had 2 flights of stairs. We generally wouldn't know if we have additional assistance until the day of. So yes sir, you were charged for 2 men initially however upon arrival, we informed you we had an additional laborer in the event you wanted the additional assistance. It's never mandatory but we allow the client to decide if that is what they'd like. We never know how long a move can be so 2 hours is the minimum but any client must take into account if there stairs at either location or other factors that would hinder the process of executing your move faster. Yes sir, we did break the hose but it was not intentional. Typically we do not disconnect/reconnect washers but as a courtesy in attempting to assist you, a pipe busted as we disconnected your washer. In an effort to move all of your merchandise, we had to perform additional steps (i.e., lift your merchandise over banisters) to get your washer and dryer out of the location to be able to execute a full move. Sir, you are not left with a flooded old apartment because maintenance came while we were there and got up all the water before we left. Upon arrival at your destination location, we did attempt, in your presence to transfer the headboard upstairs. Your headboard was entirely too large to transport to the upper level without causing damages to your walls or without you removing the full banister, so it can fit. We offered to put it in the garage for you and you advised us not to but to leave it in the living room and you'd figure it out. We took all other items to the upper level, as requested. We apologize, we cannot assemble a complete bed without all of its components. Thanks, Ronnie Your husband called Mayra extremely upset and rude and communicated he was not present but demanded to know how 3 grown men could not get a bed upstairs. Since he had already advised he was not present for the move, she communicated "neither of us was present but allow me a moment contact the team to get more definitive information" and he disconnected the line. Mayra contacted us and obtained the necessary information to communicate. When she returned the call to provide the full details the husband not answer but she left him a detailed message advising what was communicated to her.
