- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While my pricing may not be the cheapest I stand by my work. As a first responder and the son of a teacher I know when you work a career that’s main focus is giving back to others not much is given back to you so with that being said first responders, military, teachers, and hospital employees will always get the best deal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet and setting expectations are the first two things I always do. You need to know who you’re working with and I need to know how to provide you the best service possible. Lastly a walk through, I need to know you love it. Everything in between can depend on the service.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always enjoyed being outdoors. My love for creating an outdoor space started when my oldest son told me outside wasn’t fun. We then proceeded to make it fun by creating a space he would enjoy together.
