We detail all costs individually on our estimates so there is no confusion.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out and discuss ideas and solutions to their project in person. Our estimates are sent shortly after and are detailed. We work hand in hand and update customers on the process. If we encounter anything that modifies the work we discuss openly so there are no surprises.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started with a local company and fell in love with working outdoors.
