What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm shooting for experience and reviews so my pricing would not be as high as the other guys but I take into consideration the time it takes to get to where I'm going and the materials I'm gonna have to use.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
telling them exactly what I am gonna do and how I'm gonna do it in detail to see if that is the best option for them before I start the job
