- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I manage a mobile company I do not have a store front. I charge for parts and labor and I take payments upfront. I do have travel fees for 20mi or more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Reaching out to them about there issue first and for most. After our conversation I'll email them my terms and conditions to review and sign. They will then receive an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, work can begin on there device.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm an A+ and Security+ certified Technician. I also have a Network Certificate out of Omnitech Institute and 6 years of combined experience repairing devices.
