I had some hvac issues, and Sam quickly resolved them. He repaired the unit, installed the components and rewired the dual thermostat. He added refrigerant and sealed a leak. Now the HVAC works great and the air is very cold. He is professional and great at communicating for a novice to understand. I highly recommend!

Incredible service; I can’t recommend enough! I hired Miranda Atlanta Home Services after my AC suddenly malfunctioned while I was hosting younger relatives for the summer. Sam diagnosed the problem within minutes, determining that the issues with the unit, while pervasive, were repairable. To that end, Sam was extremely transparent in explaining the work that was needed and even gave me a few options to help budget and prioritize the repairs. He went straight to work, locating and ordering parts and laboring through inclement weather and uncomfortably hot indoor temps. Sam completed what could’ve reasonably been a two-day job in one and didn’t leave before ensuring every single vent was blowing cold air! He called the next day to confirm the unit was working and the house was cooled. My family and I couldn’t be grateful for the thorough job and personable service from Miranda Atlanta Home! 10/10!
