- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bookings have to be approved before added to schedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to find out what kind of event they are planning to have. That seems to be the most important step before booking making sure we know all the customer needs early. After I gather all info from the customer we decide on a date and time on our calendar to schedule the event.
