James was a pleasure to work with! I sought out someone to mount my TVs after 10pm and received a response within minutes. We setup an appointment, and everything went as smooth as could be. James was very pleasant and professional. My TVs were mounted in no time and the wires were concealed. I will definitely be using IEM again!
