They changed my appointment from 2pm to 12:30pm the day before based on a lie(”it’ll be easier to come straight to you after our 10am job”) then changed it from 12:30pm to 9:30am THE DAY OF because there wasn’t a 10am job. “We’re trying to get you early because my mover goes to work at 3pm ”which is different from original excuse to reschedule. I wasn’t home at 9:30am i was at home depot.

PSA: We never provided services to this customer! Hello sir! We gave you a 12:30pm slot. I, the owner, never said anything a "mover" working at 3. I told you our first job which was originally scheduled at 10am had started at 7:30am because our first customer had to work at 3pm and we didnt want to keep him out if he had to work the same day of his move. Which resulted in us finishing it early. You were super disrespectful to me and my team just because we were calling just to check see if we could start earlier around 9:30am, a simple no would have been okay. You then made jokes to us through the phone which resulted in me sending you your deposit back and then you leaving this review. Not to mention you called and texted about booking again after I canceled and we didnt respond because of how rude you were to us. Sorry for the misunderstanding you have a blessed day!
