Pro was very professional and knowledgeable. Bill showed me and explained to me my mold issues , the difference of my high account of mold verses of low account in the same nearby section and where I could understand what’s happening in my place. The inspection cost was reasonable considering health issues can arise from mold. Now I can move forward with documentation to my landlord to get this issue taken care of. I’m so glad I contacted Clean FX. I will also definitely use them in cleaning my carpet going forward since I’ve always used Stanley.

This guy did an amazing job. I'm currently renting a large two bedroom apartment. I inherited a very energetic puppy a few months ago. When the job was finished, I couldn't find any of the stains, chew damage, or odor. My carpet was like new again and my apartment smells fresh and clean. I would recommend Mr. Pattison to anyone of my friends and family members.
