- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide free inspections between 9-5 Monday through Friday! I always begin with an inspection because each wildlife removal situation can be different. Once I’ve completed a thorough inspection I will provide an itemized estimate to get your job taken care of!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With all of my customers, whether they be new or previous ones, I always provide thorough assessments of the situation with educative and detailed explanations of the entire process!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed trapper and have taken multiple courses on repairing exterior damage caused by wildlife. I’m also a certified installer for numerous products designed for wildlife exclusion!
