- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please see all pricing and availability should be seen on my website. The pricing includes a full makeup application. It includes a brow fill, eye shadow application, foundation, concealer, blush, eyeliner, mascara, lashes, and highlighter. The price is non-negotiable. There is a 50% retainer that is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment time. The amount will be applied to your balance. The remaining 50% will be paid at the appointment via Zelle or exact cash. The deposit is non-refundable. A La Carte services are not provided. Please cancel your appointment 24 hrs in advance if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for new customers is understanding the needs and expectations of the client. That way we're on the same page. I converse before the appointment so that I am able to build a level of trust and comfort. I create a blueprint of our potential appointment through the details on my website, in-take form, and pre-appointment text messages.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always working to sharpen my skills. I partake in regular courses and mentorships to improve all aspects of my makeup artistry. I also like to stay up-to-date on the latest makeup trends and products in order to accommodate the wants and needs of anyone who sits in my chair.
