- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
LAWN SERVICE: Our pricing typically depends on the size of your lawn, the type of services you need (e.g., mowing, fertilization, weed control), and the frequency of visits. We offer ranging from basic maintenance to comprehensive care. For large properties or specialized services we'll provide a custom quote after assessing your lawn's specific needs. TV MOUNTING: This generally involves assessing the wall type (drywall, concrete, etc.), choosing the right mount, and ensuring the TV is securely installed. Pricing can vary based on the size of the TV and the complexity of the installation. For example, mounting a large TV or one that requires special mounting hardware can cost more. LIGHT ELECTRICAL WORK: This could include tasks like installing light fixtures, replacing switches or outlets, or running new wiring. The cost depends on the complexity of the job and the type of fixtures or wiring involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will review the customer's request to understand their needs. If there are any questions or clarifications needed we will reach out for more details. A quote for the project is then given based on the information provided. After quote has been agreed upon we will then schedule for the project to be completed to the customer's satisfaction. After the project is completed, we ask the customer for feedback or a review on thumbtack!
