FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is I talk to them and give them all the information they want and need to make sure they are comfortable and confident. I then arrive to the property at the arranged time and give my quote on the property as I can have a clear visual of all characteristics. I let my customer know that I use a leaf blower with me and that there might be noise. And sometimes I’ll have a helper with me and I always make sure to let the customer know so they can feel safe. I also always ask if there is a specific access point to put the ladder in case it’s relevant. I blow off the roof first then the gutters. Make sure that the downspouts are clear before double checking everything. I then clean off any debris that might be in an unwanted place. I always ask permission for things that might need it such as access to the back. Let the customer know, make sure they’re satisfied, and collect my payment.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A recent job that I did took around 2 hours which it could’ve been less but I took my time to make sure it was the best, like cleaning cobwebs. But the thing that made it good was the customer. He was a chill dude and down to talk and I could tell how good of a guy he was and he definitely thought the same for me. I love helping people and building a connection with them and just offering my best, as it makes me feel the best.
