- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process begins with an email consultation, as we find this to be the most efficient way to gather details and ensure clear communication. However, if preferred, we can schedule a phone consultation, which will be followed up with a detailed email outlining everything discussed. During the consultation, we’ll cover your specific needs, venue details, the timeline of events, the services we offer, and any available upgrades to enhance your experience. Our goal is to make the planning process seamless and ensure every detail is perfectly tailored to your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had the privilege of training under a master bartender and have worked with and under them throughout my entire bartending career. Their mentorship has given me invaluable expertise in mixology, customer service, and high-end bartending techniques. In addition, I have received extensive training from the various restaurants and bars I’ve worked in, allowing me to refine my skills in different environments and styles of service. My experience ensures that I bring professionalism, creativity, and top-tier service to every event.
