Cory called and diagnosed the problem over the phone … the unit was going through a defrost mode. We waited a bit and it came back on just like he said ! So grateful he was willing to help without having to come out and charge a service fee. Highly recommend !

I am very pleased with the service. Platinum Air came out two hours after i called because my AC did not work anymore. Explaining my issue, he pretty much diagnosed the issue over the phone. Upon arrival and inspecting my air conditioner, comes to find out Mr. Cory was right. Mr. Cory answered all my questions and explained everything I need to know. His two workers were also very friendly and helpful. They made sure my air conditioner was working properly before they left.I can only recommend Platinum Air Repair. 5 stars well deserved.
