- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to provide exceptional service that is superior to others offering the same service. The detergents we use can't be purchased locally, as well try and use the best soaps available. Our prices reflect that. However, the best way to get a discount is to follow our Facebook page and accept more than one service we quote. multiple services often qualify for discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you contact us, we either come look at your job or use online and/or tax assessor website info to determine size and complexity of the project. We'll then send you a written wrote online that spells out the scope of work requested. You can accept it online and we'll get back in touch to schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We want to stay on top of the game, and believe continued education is important in this industry. We have received certifications from national orgs in several categories including plant and property protection and mixology. We believe this is important as to much chemical can hurt surfaces and kill plants and to little can take to long and waste time and water.
