- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At DesWave our priority is to provide each client with the most affordable packages depending on their specific requirements without at all compromising on the work quality. We believe in putting exceptional ideas on a canvas and bringing it to reality with our expertise and team of professionals. Our Basic Website Design starts from as low as $349. Our Basic Logo Design starts from as low as $29.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new client might seem very simple but it actually is not as there are many aspects to be carefully understood before stepping forward. We take a “Start from Scratch” approach with every client and below is how our process follows: 1. Initial Free Consultation: Our professional consultant reaches out to the client to gather all the information required for the project as well as understanding the client’s complete idea from head to toe. 2. Design Preferences: Once the idea is understood the professional consultant then tries to understand the client’s color and design preferences by showing them different design samples and getting their feedback on the samples shown. 3. Development Phase: In this phase the design concepts are created and then shown to the client as there might be multiple changes or ideas that could be implemented to make the concept even better. 4. Refinement Phase: All the changes required by the client after feedback are applied and implemented in this phase bringing the project exactly up to the mark as per clients specifications and expectations. 5. Finalization: All the files are provided to the client including the source files which could be used in the future as per the client’s needs. The client is provided with complete ownership of everything that was created by us and hereby the project comes to an end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team when it comes to designing is extremely talented and capable with each individual having a minimum experience of 5+ years in the design industry and a huge passion for their work as an artist.
