Professional and courteous crew. Quality if work was excellent. Great job installing my vinyl plank. Also had them replace and renew my upper steps. They look beautiful. I fully recommend ECO flooring.

Outstanding! We reviewed a number of flooring companies and decided on EcoFlooring USA last month. From start to finish, we could not be more pleased with our decision. Glauco Rocha is a pleasure to work with – responsive; offered a fair, competitive price (even more so after observing the quality of work); consistently prompt and kept to the proposed schedule. He and the man working with him took great pride in their work and it showed with exceptional workmanship and finished product. Clean up was excellent. We had 2 issues to address beyond a standard installation: 1) Water damage by front door which was worse than realized. They could have simply replaced the subflooring in that area which we had requested to do upfront and never said another word; instead, they showed us the damage and took the time to remedy the area, e.g., replacing damaged insulation, reinforcing area with additional supports. 2) Replace cheap, original (and damaged – I’ll spare details but it involves cat urine) subflooring of another room that appeared to crumble in some areas when pulled up. We were so pleased and inspired with their work that we rehired them to install hardwood floors in other rooms, which will occur later this month. We highly recommend EcoFlooring USA!

My vinyl plank floors turned out beautifully. Glauco also had to replace half of my old particle board subfloor and install new baseboards. I would highly recommend this company.

This company was professional, patient and provided great customer service to my husband and I. They made our 20 year old hard wood floors look brand new again! I would highly recommend this company and the price was very reasonable compared to many others.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on materials and volume of work needed to be done. Our pricing is determined by our experience and expertise in the flooring industry. We use a laser to measure the job. Then, we feed all of the measurements, along with the customers choice of flooring into the computer. We are not pulling out numbers out of thin air. We also do a free estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would love to hear about your floor project. We will bring the samples and go to you and give you the measurement and estimate. If we agreed on the pricing and terms, we will go ahead and set you up a date for the installation/refinishing. After the installation, we will come and walk you through to make sure everything meets your expectation! Craftsmanship Warranty for all our installations projects.
