Amazing work. I'm so happy with the way the deck turned out. Radion and the team were some of the most hard working people I have ever met. We chose Radion from Ninja Builders out of three different estimates because he conducted himself very professionally and provided a thorough explanation of what would be included, ensuring it would meet all legal building codes. He also made it easy for us to understand that our old 23-year-old deck was not up to code. What I appreciated about Radion was that he was very prompt in all our communication: texts, phone calls, etc. Once we approved the job, he wanted to start the next day. We had to wait two days so we could clear off the deck and put things away for the season. Radion started two days later with his assistant and they got to work early in the morning and worked until it got dark outside. Radion’s addressing of every question or concern we may have had during the job left me impressed. We went with the raised posts so that we would comply with the HOA rules. Radion also did routing to the handrails, which gave it a pleasant look. He also added a third-stringer and cemented in the support 4x4 posts that give the stairs more support (which is code, but the old ones did not have this support). Radion’s work impressed two of our next-door neighbors so much that they wanted to get estimates for replacing their deck and stairs. As you can see in the photos, the deck and stairs look amazing. We wanted to use a more clear stain to have the beauty of the wood stand out. Sadly, our HOA required the uniform color that the rest of the complex has, as you can see after two coats of the approved stain were applied. Radion’s quality of work, promptness in putting in a full day on the job, and availability for every question or concern we may have had made us extremely satisfied. Anyone who has Radion of Ninja Builders do a job for them will be extremely happy and grateful to have had such a professional do their job! When someone does this quality work, I am very happy to give a glowing review because it’s difficult to find good contractors who care about the quality of work that they do! Once my brother and my brother-in-law saw the completed job they stated that they wished they had known about Ninja Builders before they had their decks completed this season. My brother had a large, complete deck done and my brother-in-law had replacement work done, both were both impressed with the quality of the work done. Radion was extremely easy to work with and communicates well. He completed the project within the estimated timeline and cost. He is reliable and takes pride in his work. He painted our sunroom ceiling and sanded/sealed/stained our deck. We are happy with both projects! Highly recommended!
