While Dimitry was not able to repair my beyond-repair dishwasher, he did a thorough job of trying to explain to me the problem and the need to purchase a new one. I did not hire them for the replacement installation because I got a better installation price from another thumbtack supplier. But he was courteous, professional and the service call cost was very reasonable.
