Arrogant and unprofessional. He came and looked at my dryer for a few minutes. He didn't open it or test anything. He said it needed a new computer. I tried ro ask questions he was dismissive. He came back the next day with the new computer and installed it. The dryer still did not work. He advised that I needed a new dryer. Purchased a new dryer and it still does not work. The fault is with the outlet.
