- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't hide them we aren't afraid to quote before you lock yourself into our service fee like most other companies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is the same with all customers we are polite and treat them like people and educate them about what they are buying unless they don't care and just want us to do the work we take time to explain the prices our cost and why what ever is wrong happend and how we propose to remedy said problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years of on the job education and certifications to reflect that.
