I recently had the pleasure of hiring QT EVENT Staffing for a surprise birthday party, and I can confidently say the service, staff engagement, and professional joy exceeded all expectations! From the moment I reached out for a quote, the owner’s professionalism and levels of experience was evident. She was incredibly responsive, providing detailed information about the available services and answering all my questions promptly.
On the day of the event, we had the pleasure of having the owner serve as the bartender for the event. She arrived early to set up and ensure everything was ready even working above and beyond to coordinate with the venue owner. The drink menu catered to all tastes, featuring both classic cocktails and unique signature drinks that wowed my guests. I was particularly impressed with the surprise exposure to a whiskey I hadn’t tried before; every cocktail was beautifully presented, and the added touch to the presentation of the drink was used high-noticeable different in quality from other companies.
What truly stood out was her engaging personality. She not only mixed drinks efficiently but also created a lively atmosphere, interacting with guests and making everyone feel welcome. Her mixology skills were top-notch, and it was evident she genuinely enjoyed what she was doing.

Ty Williams of QT Event staffing is very professional. She was a joy to work with in planning and orchestrating my husband’s 70th birthday celebration! She exceeded my expectations! I was really pleased with her work! She listens to make sure she’s giving you exactly what you want and then some. I will definitely highly recommend QT Events staffing! You will not be disappointed. The work was worth the money!!!!

Ty with QT event staffing was truly a pleasure to have at my event. But only were the drinks amazing, and I mean every single one got great reviews, she was kind, present and helpful throughout the entire event. Wait staff was a great decision for my daughter’s wedding reception, with many elderly guests in attendance the wait staff service took the stress off of everyone so all could enjoy the evening. All were professional, clean, neat in appearance and very friendly. I chose for them to wear all black which was nice to have options. I had many guests compliment their service. We live in a rural town so Thumbtack provided a connection that was much needed and affordable. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
