- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Spray foam pricing will depend on several factors including the type of foam that’s used, the thickness of the foam applied to meet code, and the size of the building or space. Other factors may involve accessibility, time required to complete the job, the distance traveled, and special equipment i.e. lifts and scaffolding required to complete the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the initial phone consultation, customers share their biggest pain points regarding insulation. Customers are allowed to ask questions and gain knowledge on the spray foam process. Whether it’s high energy bills, leaking roofs, outdated insulation, pests and rodents, we work with the customer to set up a home our business visit to assess the best course of action. Upon visiting, we may capture photos and videos to share with the team. We also consider accessibility positions for our equipment. Following the visit, Peach Spray Foam will provide a written quote and work with the customer to schedule a service date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have undergone Spay Foam Applicators training courses and are industry certified to service residential homes and commercial roofs.
