Since relocating to Ga., We’ve employed the services of two different hot tub companies. Each would send out a different “technician” to perform “cleaning and chemical balancing services” which were completed within 8-10 minutes time. For the inconsistent services rendered, there was no value received. “One Stop Pools” is a family owned enterprise. I spoke to Vince over the phone and it was he, himself, that showed up at my home and performed a COMPLETE SERVICE . He was on our deck for close to 30 minutes….blowing leaves, cleaning our pool cover, checking our chemicals, cleaning our filter ect. and he did not try to “upscale” us into ordering more servicing than we needed.
