I have a new hot tub and was concerned about making sure the chemical balance of the water is perfect. Vince came out on time and spent a significant amount of time draining, cleaning, and balancing my hot tub. He also did a great job of educating me with regard to self-care of my tub. I'm definitely using the company on a regular basis from now on to make sure all is well!

Since relocating to Ga., We’ve employed the services of two different hot tub companies. Each would send out a different “technician” to perform “cleaning and chemical balancing services” which were completed within 8-10 minutes time. For the inconsistent services rendered, there was no value received. “One Stop Pools” is a family owned enterprise. I spoke to Vince over the phone and it was he, himself, that showed up at my home and performed a COMPLETE SERVICE . He was on our deck for close to 30 minutes….blowing leaves, cleaning our pool cover, checking our chemicals, cleaning our filter ect. and he did not try to “upscale” us into ordering more servicing than we needed. I found his honesty and personalized professionalism most refreshing….. HE’s HIRED!!!! Andrew D Fleisher MD
