Amazing service! I had a garage door that was ruined by the previous owner of my home. Absolute Doors responded to my Thumbtack request for repair, and the following morning Gavin was here. Gavin gave me a very reasonable quote for a replacement, and I agreed to move forward with Absolute. Two days later Gavin shows up with the replacement door and immediately begins the replacement. During his installation of the replacement door Gavin discovered that when the door was hit, the entire support structure on one side was pushed back about 4 inches. Gavin spent the next two hours, busting his back, and was finally able to realign everything needed in order to make sure the door would be operational. When it came time to pay, Gavin charged me the quoted price, without adding anything for his additional two hours of effort. I told him that was unacceptable, as he needed to be paid for his extra efforts. Gavin still refused to give me a figure to cover his time. After discussing it, Gavin finally gave in and had me give him a number to add to the bill. This type of professionalism should be rewarded and respected. If I ever need assistance with a garage door again, or ever have the opportunity to recommend someone for that kind of work, you can be sure that it would be Absolute Door.

We offer free estimates on all sale calls and consultations. We charge a flat rate service call fee for all service calls. We also offer a $10 discount to all military, First Responders, teachers and senior citizens.
