SUCH A BLESSING! I am truly blessed to have received service from Ultimate Home Service Plus!!!! He was punctual, communicated quickly and efficiently. His professionalism and willingness to discuss the work and process was impeccable! From the start I felt confidence that he knew what to do and was going to see the job through until its completion and he DID! I literally sent a message in a full panic because my air had gone completely out. He message me back within 1 one minute and was at my house within 15 minutes. He fixed my unit and performed maintenance. He was done within 2 hours. My unit is back up and running. He has a customer for life or as long as he is in business. I highly recommend him.

My A/C went out on Friday afternoon and the temperature quickly climbed to over 80 degrees in my home. I contacted this business based on reviews and ratings and they didn’t disappoint! I scheduled them for Sunday afternoon and Kerly called me Saturday morning to see if I wanted him to come earlier. I was overjoyed ti receive this call. He arrived at my home two hours later just like he said he would. He completed my repairs, flushed my system and got everything working again in less than an hour. The best part is that his price wasn’t nearly as high as I was expecting. I was very happy with the experience and would absolutely recommend this company to anyone with an A/C issue.

The technician was amazing!! We had just had a visit from the most unprofessional service technician a few days ago and he fixed nothing after misdiagnosing the problem. Then sent a “work completed” message. However the ULTIMATE HOME SERVICE technician arrived on time, immediately diagnosed the problem, and repaired both heating units in record time at a fraction of the quoted costs with other companies. I highly recommend this technician and the ULTIMATE HOME SERVICE!
